Operations Configuration

Key operations configuration files under the deployment directory deploy/config/:

File	Purpose
services.yaml	Service ports, URLs, and health check endpoints (one of the runtime sources of truth)
ai-infra.yaml	Release-level settings such as AI runtime quotas and execution boundaries (FinSAFE)
nginx.conf	Routing overrides for api-gateway (including SPA and multi-model routes)
identity-service.yaml / idp.yaml	Identity service and IdP configuration
skill-service.yaml	Skill service configuration

Edition assignment is determined by edition-manifest.yaml.
